The Agreement made the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and sixty, between The Honourable Xxxxx Xxxxx, Premier of the State on behalf of the State, and American Factors Associates, Limited and Arcturus Investment & Development, Ltd, a copy of which agreement is set out in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby ratified.
