The Agreement made the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and sixty, between The Honourable Xxxxx Xxxxx, Premier of the State on behalf of the State, and American Factors Associates, Limited and Arcturus Investment & Development, Ltd, a copy of which agreement is set out in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby ratified. BETWEEN the Honourable XXXXX XXXXX M.L.A. the Premier of the State of Western Australia contracting for and on behalf of the said State and the Government and Instrumentalities thereof from time to time (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) of the one part and AMERICAN FACTORS ASSOCIATES, LIMITED a corporation organised under the laws of the State of Delaware United States of America and ARCTURUS INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT, LTD a corporation organised under the laws of Canada (hereinafter called “the Assignee”) of the second part collectively acting for and on behalf of a partnership to be registered under the provisions of the Limited Partnership Xxx 0000 of the State of Western Australia to be called ESPERANCE LAND & DEVELOPMENT COMPANY consisting of companies incorporated in Australia the United States of America or England.
Agreement ratified. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all of the terms, provisions and conditions thereof shall be and remain in full force and effect, and this Amendment and all of its terms, provisions and conditions shall be deemed to be a part of the Agreement. All capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meanings given them in the Agreement.

The legislature ratifies the tentative agreement negotiated for the 2020−21 fiscal year between the state of Wisconsin, the division of personnel management in the department of administration, and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee, covering employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit under subchapter V of chapter 111 of the statutes, as approved by the employees of the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit and approved and recommended by the joint committee on employment relations, and authorizes the necessary expenditure of moneys for implementation from the appropriations made by section 20.865 (1) of the statutes, subject to section 20.865 (intro.) of the statutes. The administrator of the division of personnel manage- ment in the department of administration shall file an official copy of the agreement, certified by the cochair- persons of the joint committee on employment relations, with the secretary of state. No formal or informal agree- ment between the parties that is not a part of the official copy is deemed to be approved by the legislature under this act.
Agreement ratified. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Borrower and the Lenders do hereby ratify and reaffirm each and every provision of the Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, as modified by this Amendment. This Amendment shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lenders and their respective successors and permitted assigns under the Credit Agreement.

The legislature rat- ifies the tentative agreement negotiated for the 2019−20 fiscal year between the Board of Regents of the Univer- sity of Wisconsin System and the Wisconsin State Build- ing Trades Negotiating Committee, covering employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit under subchapter V of chapter 111 of the statutes, other than employees who are assigned to the University of Wisconsin−Madison, as approved by the employees of the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit and approved and recommended by the joint committee on employment relations, and authorizes the necessary expenditure of moneys for implementation from the appropriations made by section 20.865 (1) of the statutes, subject to section 20.865 (intro.) of the statutes. The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System shall file an official copy of the agreement, certified by the cochairpersons of the joint committee on employ- ment relations, with the secretary of state. No formal or informal agreement between the parties that is not a part of the official copy is deemed to be approved by the legis- lature under this act.

The legislature ratifies the tentative agreement negotiated for the 2014−15 fiscal year between the state of Wisconsin, the office of state employment relations, and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee, covering employees in the building trades crafts collective bar- gaining unit under subchapter V of chapter 111 of the statutes, as approved by the employees of the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit and approved and recommended by the joint committee on employment relations, and authorizes the necessary expenditure of moneys for implementation from the appropriations made by section 20.865 (1) of the statutes, subject to sec- tion 20.865 (intro.) of the statutes. The director of the office of state employment relations shall file an official copy of the agreement, certified by the cochairpersons of the joint committee on employment relations, with the secretary of state. No formal or informal agreement between the parties that is not a part of the official copy is deemed to be approved by the legislature under this act.
