Agreement Motion and Agreement Order Sample Clauses
The Agreement Motion and Agreement Order clause establishes the requirement for the parties to jointly submit a formal request (motion) to a court or relevant authority for approval of their agreement, and to seek an official order confirming the agreement's terms. In practice, this means that after negotiating and finalizing their settlement or arrangement, the parties must present it to the court for endorsement, ensuring that the agreement becomes legally binding and enforceable. This clause is essential for providing legal certainty and enforceability, as it ensures that the agreement is recognized and upheld by the court.
