Schedules; Exhibits; Integration Each schedule and exhibit delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and shall constitute a part of this Agreement, although schedules need not be attached to each copy of this Agreement. This Agreement, together with such schedules and exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement among the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties in connection therewith.
Schedules/Exhibits Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule or Exhibit to this Agreement but are not otherwise defined therein have the meanings set forth in this Agreement.
Letter Agreements; Schedules The General Partner may, or may cause the Partnership to, without the approval of any Limited Partner or other Person, enter into separate letter agreements with individual Limited Partners with respect to any matter, in each case on terms and conditions not inconsistent with this Agreement, which have the effect of establishing rights under, or supplementing the terms of, this Agreement. The General Partner may from time to time execute and deliver to the Limited Partners schedules which set forth information contained in the books and records of the Partnership and any other matters deemed appropriate by the General Partner. Such schedules shall be for information purposes only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement for any purpose whatsoever.
Complete Agreement; Conflicts This Agreement, the Notes (if issued), any Requests for Revolving Credit Advance, Requests for Swing Line Advance and Term Loan Rate Requests, and the Loan Documents contain the entire agreement of the parties hereto, superseding all prior agreements, discussions and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof, and none of the parties shall be bound by anything not expressed in writing. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, this Agreement shall govern.

Headings; Exhibits The Section headings in this Agreement are included herein for convenience of reference only and shall not constitute a part of this Agreement for any other purpose. The Exhibits attached hereto, are hereby incorporated by reference as a part of the Agreement with the same force and effect as if set forth in the body hereof.
Definitions; Conflicts References to a “Section” or the “recitals” are, unless otherwise specified, to a Section or the recitals of this Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Servicing Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control. Whenever used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings set forth below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
Exhibits/Schedules The Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof and are an integral part of this Agreement. All Exhibits and Schedules annexed hereto or referred to herein are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
