Common use of Agreement Document Clause in Contracts

Agreement Document. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, Annexes, Corporate Acceptance and Approval, Certificate of Subscription, and the Subscriber’s Declaration shall be deemed a part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference and is the final expression of the agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter in this Agreement. There are no promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either oral or written, between them other than those set forth herein. The Certificate of Subscription shall be issued promptly upon receipt by the Hospital of the Subscriber’s Declaration.

The Certificate of Subscription shall be issued promptly upon receipt by the Hospital Intl.SOS of the Subscriber’s Declaration.
