Common use of Agreement Binding Upon Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

This Agreement shall be binding and inure to the benefit of the Members hereto and to their respective successors, but the rights and obligations of the Members hereunder shall not be assignable, transferable or delegable except as expressly provided herein, and any attempted assignment, transfer or delegation thereof which is not made in accordance with such express provisions shall be void.
