Agreement Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned by Contractor except by written instrument signed by an authorized signatory of each Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators of the Parties.
