Common use of Agreement and Its Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Its Interpretation. Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our agreement with your employer. We will make a determination regarding your eligibility for benefits and construe the provisions of this agreement subject to your right to appeal or to take legal action as described in Section 7.0.
