Agreed Changes. The parties agree to the following changes in this Agreement: (i) Section 1(b) is amended by deleting the period at the end and substituting “except for Sections 5 and 6, which may only be amended by a written amendment executed by the parties.” (ii) Section 1(c) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following new Section:
