Agile Development Services below. (1) Release One (Target 2 months after end of Sprint Zero) (a) IE&E Platform Cloud Governance Guide and implementation – the Cloud governance guide outlines current and future state and best practices for the following: i. Expectations: (A) Cloud resource organization (Management groups, subscriptions, resource groups) (B) Governance of resources in the cloud, including policies needed to enforce business requirements (C) Enforcement of Roles based access (D) Assignment and configuration of policies across all subscriptions (E) Cloud identity and security baseline ii. Outcomes: (A) Approved Cloud Governance Guide (B) Implemented Governance Guide iii. Method of Surveillance (A) Initial release of the IE&E Platform Cloud Governance Guide and implementation will be reviewed through 100% inspection and any subsequent updates will be reviewed through a form of sampling. (b) Cloud Cost Management Model - Create logical groups of cloud resources and provide estimated costs for those groups. i. Expectations: (A) Implemented Azure tagging by logical groups of cloud resources ii. Outcomes: (A) Estimation of the overall cloud resources cost for the scope mentioned in this Statement of Work (B) Strategy for cost and utilization reporting for the IE&E Platform and optimization of spending over time iii. Method of Surveillance (A) Initial release of the Cloud Cost Management Model will be reviewed through 100% inspection and any subsequent updates will be reviewed through a form of sampling.
