Aggregation and Allocation. 9.1 MUFG may aggregate orders in Designated Investments executed for your account with orders for the account of other clients or our Connected Companies or clients of our Connected Companies or for our own account. MUFG will allocate such transactions on a fair and reasonable basis subject to the CNMV Rules.
