Common use of Aggregated Statistics Clause in Contracts

Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these EU Terms, Synacor may monitor Customer and End Users' use of the Product and collect and compile related data and information to be used by Synacor in an aggregated and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Product ("Aggregated Statistics"). As between Synacor, Customer, and End Users, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Synacor. You acknowledge that Synacor may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input using the Product. You agree that Synacor may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law.‌
