Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Provider may monitor Customer's use of the Services and collect and compile Aggregated Statistics. As between Provider and Customer, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Provider. Customer acknowledges that Provider may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input into the Services. Customer agrees that Provider may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Customer or Customer's Confidential Information.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, CUSI may monitor Licensee’s and Licensee Customers’ use of the Services and collect and compile Aggregated Statistics. As between CUSI and Licensee, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by CUSI. Licensee acknowledges that CUSI may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Licensee Data input into the Services. Licensee agrees that CUSI may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and compile data and information related to your use of the Services to be used by us in an aggregated and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services ("Aggregated Statistics"). As between us and you, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by us. You agree that we may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law, provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify you or your Customer Content.

As between DebtBook and Customer, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by DebtBook. DebtBook may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input into the Services. DebtBook may (1) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (2) use Aggregated Statistics as permitted under applicable law so long as, in each case, DebtBook’s use of any Aggregated Statistics does not identify the Customer or disclose Customer’s Confidential Information.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Provider may monitor Customer's use of the Cloud Services and collect and compile data and information related to Customer's use of the Cloud Services to be used by Provider in an aggregated and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Cloud Services ("Aggregated Statistics"). As between Provider and Customer, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Provider. You acknowledge that Provider may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input into the Cloud Services. You agree that Provider may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Customer or Customer's Confidential Information.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these EU Terms, Synacor may monitor Customer and End Users' use of the Product and collect and compile related data and information to be used by Synacor in an aggregated and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Product ("Aggregated Statistics"). As between Synacor, Customer, and End Users, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Synacor. You acknowledge that Synacor may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input using the Product. You agree that Synacor may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this XXXX, Provider may monitor your use of the PRODUCTS AND SERVICES and collect and compile data and information related to your use of the PRODUCTS AND SERVICES to be used by Provider in an aggregated and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (”Aggregated Statistics”). As between Provider and you, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Provider. You acknowledge that Provider may compile Aggregated Statistics based on information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, you input, submit or transmit through the PRODUCTS AND SERVICES .You agree that Provider may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics does not comprise any of your confidential information.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement or any other non-disclosure agreement between the Parties, Seller may monitor Customer’s use of the Product or Services and collect and compile Aggregated Statistics (as defined below). As between Seller and Customer, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Seller. Customer acknowledges that Seller may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data collected from Customer’s (or its customers’) use of the Product or Services. Customer agrees that Seller may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with Applicable Law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under Applicable Law, provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not expressly identify Customer. “
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, NAVER may monitor Educational Institution's use of the Services and collect and compile Aggregated Statistics. As between NAVER and Educational Institution, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by NAVER. Educational Institution acknowledges that NAVER may compile Aggregated Statistics based on School Band Data input into the Services. Educational Institution agrees that NAVER may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Educational Institution or School Band Member.
Aggregated Statistics. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, KX may monitor your use of the Licensed Software and collect and compile data and information that is used by KX in an aggregate and de-identified manner as further detailed in Schedule 1, including but not limited to, (i) compiling statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Licensed Software and (ii) monitoring your usage (“Aggregated Statistics”). As between KX and you, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by KX. You acknowledge that KX may compile Aggregated Statistics based on user data input into the Licensed Software. You agree that KX may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics for the furtherance of its own business purposes to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law, provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify you or your Confidential Information.
