Common use of Aggregated Data Clause in Contracts

Aggregated Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that MariaDB may collect anonymized, aggregate, and/or de-identified statistical and other performance information related to Customer’s use of the SkySQL Services, which information will not include personal information, and MariaDB may use such information for its own legitimate business purposes, including, among other things, Support, reporting, research, improvements to the SkySQL Services, industry collaboration, and other reasonable business purposes.
