Common use of Aggregated Anonymous Data Clause in Contracts

Aggregated Anonymous Data. Customer agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will have the right to generate aggregated and anonymized data and that such aggregated and anonymized data will be considered the property of Baleen. Baleen may use such aggregated and anonymized data for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement, including, but without limitation, to develop and improve Baleen’s products and services and to create and distribute reports and other material. For clarity, Baleen will only disclose aggregated and anonymized data externally in a de- identified form that does not identify Customer or Authorized Users and is stripped of all personally identifiable information as that term is used in the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act (GLBA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6801 et seq.
