Aggregate Statistics. In the course of providing the Services, CoreWeave may monitor Customer’s use of the Service and collect and compile statistical data and performance information, analytics, meta-data, or similar information, generated through instrumentation and logging systems, regarding the operation of the Service, including Customer’s use of the Service (“Aggregated Statistics”). All right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by CoreWeave. Aggregated Statistics will not include any Processed Customer Data. Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict CoreWeave’s right to collect Aggregated Statistics or to use it for any internal business purpose, or in the manner permitted under Applicable Law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Customer, End Users, or Customer’s Confidential Information.
