Aggregate Limits. The aggregate limits for each insurance policy required under this Agreement must apply separately and solely to the services performed under this Agreement. If the required policies do not have an endorsement providing that the aggregate limit applies separately to the services being performed, or if defense costs are included in the aggregate limit, then the required aggregate limits must be increased to an amount satisfactory to District.
