AGGREGATE LIMIT OF INSURANCE. The Company's total liability for all loss discovered during the Bond Period regardless of when paid, will not exceed the Aggregate Limit of Insurance as set forth in ITEM 6. of the Declarations. Such Aggregate Limit of Insurance will be reduced, and may be exhausted, by the amount of any payment under any Insuring Agreement for any loss discovered during that Bond Period.
