Aggregate distributions. during the continuance of any Event of Default shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the aggregate amount permitted to be made during the continuance thereof under SECTION 9.9.1, and (ii) the minimum amount that the REIT must distribute to its shareholders in order to maintain compliance with SECTION 7.
