Aggregate & Anonymized Data. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Article 6, March Networks may use, reproduce, sell, publicize, or otherwise exploit Aggregate Data in any way, in its sole discretion. (“Aggregate Data” refers to Subscriber Data with the following removed: personally identifiable information and the names and addresses of Subscriber and any of its Users or customers and may also include aggregate information, such as demographic statistics, number of visitors, average time per transaction.)
