Aggregate Amount. Immediately before and immediately after giving --- --------- ------ effect to such Loan,
(i) the relevant Loans, aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans made by such Lender shall not exceed such Lender's Commitment; and
(ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Loans will made by all the Lenders shall not exceed the Total Commitment.
