Agent’s Termination. Agent may terminate this Agreement upon 30-days written notice if Agent, in its sole discretion, determines that (a) the Association is failing to comply with Applicable Law, the Governing Documents, or this Agreement; (b) the Association’s non-compliance may result in Loss or liability to the Agent; and (c) the Association has failed to cure such non-compliance within a reasonable time after notice and opportunity.
