Agent’s Right to Perform Contracts, Exercise Rights, etc. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default and in connection with the enforcement of Agent’s rights hereunder, Agent (or its designee) (a) may proceed to perform any and all of the obligations of any Grantor contained in any contract, lease, or other agreement and exercise any and all rights of any Grantor therein contained as fully as such Grantor itself could, and (b) shall have the right to request that any Capital Stock that is pledged hereunder be registered in the name of Agent or any of its nominees.
