The Agent’s Report clause requires an appointed agent to provide regular or specific reports regarding the status or progress of certain matters, such as project milestones, financial transactions, or compliance with contractual obligations. Agent’s Report. 6.1. The Principal shall be entitled, if necessary, to request by the Agent report on the Agent’s activities under terms of the present Agreement. The Principal may request the submission of Agent’s report in any way, which the Principal would find convenient (letter, fax, email messages through the Internet etc.). 6.2. The Agent’s report shall be completed in written and contain accurate and comprehensive information on the Agent’s activities hereunder, being of interest to the Principal. 6.3. The Agent’s report shall be submitted to the Principal no later than 10 (ten) calendar days after the request for the submission of it have been forwarded to the Agent. The Agent shall submit the report to the Principal in a way, specified by the Principal. 6.4. The Agent’s report shall include required confirmative documents being of interest to the Principal and directly related to the relations hereunder. 6.5. If the Principal has any objections regarding the Agent’s report, the Agent shall be informed hereof within 10 (ten) calendar days after receipt of the report, otherwise report shall be considered as accepted by the Principal.
Agent’s Report. In the discretion of the Agent or Required Buyers if it or they reasonably determines that market conditions warrant (except that the Agent shall have no obligation to make such determination more frequently than once per day), the Agent may: (1) determine the aggregate Market Values for the Purchased Loans (which may include the Purchase Value of any Mortgage Loans purchased on that day) by summing the values of the individual Purchased Loans as reported on (and recorded by the Agent from) the Mortgage Loan Transmission Files and Purchased Loans Curtailment Reports, valuing at zero Purchased Loans for which the Agent has current actual knowledge that a Disqualifier exists; (2) issue a statement of the value of the Purchased Loans as so determined; and (3) provide a copy of such statement to the Seller and each Buyer.
Agent’s Report. 5.1. The reporting period under this Agreement is a calendar month. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the Agent, within 10 (ten) days after the end of each reporting period, draws up an Agent's Report on the execution of assignments under this Agreement in the form approved in Appendix No. 2 to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agent's Report). If any assignments of the Principal were not fulfilled in the reporting period, the Agent's Report is not drawn up.

Agent’s Report. 3.1. The Agent, during the term of the Agreement, shall send the Principal an Agent's report in the form of Appendix 1 to the Agreement on a monthly basis. The Parties have determined that if no funds were received by the Agent for the benefit of the Principal during the calendar month, no Agent's report is compiled and sent for that month. 3.2. The Parties have determined the procedure for transmitting the Agent's report and the act of services rendered by sending it through the electronic platform ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/ to the Principal's personal account. 3.3. The Principal shall review the Agent's report within 10 (ten) calendar days and, if there are any comments or objections, shall send them within the specified period. If there are no documented comments and objections from the Principal within the specified period, the Principal is considered to have accepted and approved the received Agent's report. 3.4. If documented objections are received within the specified period, the Agent shall study the comments and, if possible, take measures to eliminate them within 10 (ten) calendar days and send a revised report.
Agent’s Report. For each application for a Policy solicited by General Agent, General Agent agrees to complete an agent's report addressing the suitability of the Policy for the applicant. General Agent shall retain a copy of each such report, and shall provide Western Capital with a copy of any such report upon reasonable request from Western Capital.

Agent’s Report. Without prejudice to the general duties and obligations of the Agent, the Agent is to provide to ACE: (a) Summary of recruitment status. (b) With updates or reports, in such form as ACE may reasonably require, of responses or sales of the Programs, or such other information as ACE may reasonably require, and (c) at the request of ACE provide to it copies of all such marketing or promotional materials, sales aids used by the Agent in relation to ACE and/or Programs (all of which is to be used only upon the prior approval of ACE having been obtained).
Agent’s Report. 1. The Agent undertakes to submit to the Principal a monthly / quarterly report no later than on the 5th business day of the month following the Reporting period, without attaching proof of expenses. 2. The Reporting period is the period from the first to the last day of the month / quarter. 3. The report is prepared in electronic form using the means and information available in the Principal's Personal Account. 4. If no services were provided during the Reporting period, the report may not be provided. 5. If the Principal has any objections regarding the Agent’s report, the Agent shall be informed hereof within 3 (three) business days after receipt of the report, otherwise report shall be considered as accepted by the Principal, regardless of the fact of signing by the Principal.
