Section 10.25(g) of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended to delete the parenthetical included therein in its entirety and replace the same with the following parenthetical: “(and, in the case of an Assignee that is not then an Eligible Assignee, a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, by Borrower and Agent)”.
