Common use of Agent’s Register Clause in Contracts

Agent’s Register. The Administrative Agent shall maintain a register of the names and addresses of the Banks, their Commitments, and the principal amount of their Loans (the "Register"). The Agent shall also maintain a copy of each Assignment and Assumption Agreement delivered to and accepted by it and modify the Register to give effect to each Assignment and Assumption Agreement. Upon its receipt of each Assignment and Assumption Agreement and surrender of the affected Note or Notes in accordance with Section 11.07(b), the Agent will give prompt notice thereof to the Company and deliver to the Company a copy of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and the surrendered Note or Notes.
