AGENTS OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Authorized Official(s) for the State of Idaho shall be the Governor designee, the Deputy Administrator/State Financial Officer of the Division of Financial Management, Executive Office of the Governor, in all matters concerning this Agreement.
