Common use of Agent’s Management Time Clause in Contracts

Agent’s Management Time. Any amount payable to the Agent under (a) any indemnity provisions of this Article 12 and (b) Article 16 of this Agreement shall include the cost of utilizing the Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the Company and the holders of the Notes, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Article 5.
