Agent’s Management Time. Any amount payable to the Agent under Clause 14.3 (Indemnity to the Agent), Clause 16 (Costs and expenses) and Clause 25.10 (Lenders’ indemnity to the Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the Parent and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Clause 11 (Fees).
Agent’s Management Time. If an Agent requires, any amount payable to that Agent by any Party under any indemnity or in respect of any costs or expenses incurred by the Agent under the Finance Documents after the date of this Agreement may include the cost of using its management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the relevant Party. This is in addition to any amount in respect of fees or expenses paid or payable to the Agent under any other term of the Finance Documents.

Agent’s Management Time. Any amount payable to an Agent under Clause 21.3 (Indemnity to the Facility Agent), Clause 23 (Costs and expenses) and Clause 32.10 (Lenders' indemnity to the Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Agent's extraordinary management time or other extraordinary resources not contemplated at the date of this Agreement (in connection with any Default, any request for or granting of a waiver or consent, or amendment to a Finance Document or the preservation or enforcement of any right arising under the Finance Documents) and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the Company and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Clause 18 (Fees).
Agent’s Management Time. Any amount payable to the Facility Agent under Clause 18.3 (Indemnity to the Facility Agent), Clause 20 (Costs and Expenses) (other than under Clause 20.1 (Transaction expenses)) and Clause 28.18 (Lenders’ indemnity to the Facility Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Facility Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Facility Agent may notify to the Company and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Facility Agent under Clause 15 (Fees). 168
Agent’s Management Time. Any indemnity amount payable to the Agent under the Agency and Trust Agreement or this Agreement shall include the cost of utilising the Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the Borrowers (and always subject to the Borrowers’ prior consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld) and the other Creditor Parties, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Clause 20.
Agent’s Management Time. Any amount payable to the Agent under Clause 16.2.1 (Indemnity to the Agent) (provided that it is evidenced that a Event of Default pursuant to Clause 23.1 (Non-payment) has occured) and Clause 18.3 (Costs and expenses) and Clause 27.10 (Lenders’ indemnity to the Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the Borrower and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Clause 13 (Fees).
Agent’s Management Time. Any amount payable to the Agent under Clause 27.10 (Lenders’ Indemnity to the Agent), Clause 17 (Costs and Expenses) and Clause 27.10 (Lenders’ Indemnity to the Agent) shall include (subject to the provisions of the Agency Fee Letter) the cost of utilising the Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent may notify to the Company and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Agent under Clause 12 (Fees). 117
Agent’s Management Time. Subject to Subclause 22.10(a), if an Agent requires, any amount payable to that Agent under any indemnity or otherwise in respect of any reasonable costs or expenses incurred by that Agent under the Finance Documents after the date of this Agreement may include the reasonable cost of using its management time or other internal resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as that Agent may notify to the relevant Party. This is in addition to any amount in respect of fees, costs or expenses paid or payable to that Agent under any other term of the Finance Documents.
