Common use of Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arrangers, for their own respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arrangers, including, without limitation, the fees agreed to pursuant to the letter agreement dated August 16, 2021 among the Borrower, the Agent and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arrangers, for their own respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arrangers, including, without limitation, the administrative agency fee and letter of credit fronting fee agreed to pursuant to the letter agreement dated October 2, 2012, among the Borrower, the Agent and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC and the fees agreed to pursuant to the letter agreement dated August 16January 27, 2021 2015 among the Borrower, the Agent and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.
