Agency Duties. Grants shall be paid at the direction of the Director of State Budget. The total amount paid by the Agency to the Grantee under this Contract is $100,000. The Agency may provide monitoring and oversight through a combination of periodic e-mails, calls, visits, and review of reports, invoices and deliverables.
