Agency Commitments Sample Clauses

The Agency Commitments clause defines the specific obligations and promises that an agency undertakes within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the services the agency is required to provide, the standards or timelines for delivery, and any performance benchmarks that must be met. For example, it may specify that the agency will deliver marketing campaigns by certain dates or adhere to particular quality standards. The core function of this clause is to clearly set expectations and responsibilities, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over the agency’s performance.
