Agency Commitment Clause Samples
The Agency Commitment clause defines the obligations and promises made by an agency to a client or another party within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the specific services, deliverables, or actions the agency is required to perform, such as meeting deadlines, maintaining certain standards, or dedicating resources to a project. By clearly stating these commitments, the clause ensures both parties understand the agency's responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and providing a basis for accountability if expectations are not met.
Agency Commitment. Agency hereby agrees to provide the HAP Commitment Subsidy, subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in the Agency Commitment attached hereto as Exhibit J and incorporated herein.
Agency Commitment. All partner agencies will have a nominated senior person as a member of the Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB), in accordance with the duties set out in Sections 13-15 of the Children ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. He/she ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, be committed to regular attendance at LSCB meetings and also to membership of LSCB sub- groups, either by attending directly or via making it possible for staff from his/her organisation to participate. The senior person representing each partner agency will ensure that their organisation observes the requirements listed below.
Agency Commitment. The Agency commits to:
a. Providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment or promotion, based on merit, without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, or any other protected category, or previous participation in any stage of administrative or judicial proceedings under the statutes identified above;
b. Creating a work environment that is free from unlawful discrimination or harassment;
c. Accommodating qualified employees and applicants with disabilities unless doing so imposes an undue hardship;
Agency Commitment. In the event Authority terminates or elects not to renew the HAP Contract or such contract is otherwise terminated by HUD pursuant thereto or pursuant to action by HUD at a time after the tenth (10th) anniversary of the HAP Contract, then during the Extended HAP Payment Period, Agency agrees to pay and subsidize the rental income gap in a cumulative amount not exceeding (but which may be less than) Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000) (“HAP Commitment Subsidy”), allocated as follows:
Agency Commitment. 5.1. The cooperating Agencies are committed for the effective implementation of the Project, i.e. to collaborate, execute and fulfill all their obligations in a timely manner.
5.2. Each Agency, even if concludes a subcontract with or engages in any way any third parties (such as subsidiaries) in the Project, shall remain the sole responsible for the execution of the part of the Project it is responsible for, but also for the compliance of those third parties with the terms of this Collaboration Contract.
