Common use of Agency Authorization Clause in Contracts

Agency Authorization. This Agreement and any WVF Service Order (Service Order) authorizes WVF to act as agent for Customer as necessary, to provide the services described in the Service Order (Service), including but not limited to, ordering high speed internet, digital television, telecommunications and other services or facilities and increasing, adding to, terminating, decreasing, removing or rearranging such Service or facility on Customer’s behalf.

Agency Authorization.
