After the Pre-Closing Sample Clauses

After the Pre-Closing. (i) The Shareholders and the Company shall use their reasonable best efforts to obtain the Company Approval required to be obtained under the Denver Lease prior to the Closing Date; and (ii) The Shareholders and Alleghany shall use their reasonable best efforts to resolve any disagreements relating to the Pre-Closing Date Balance Sheet prior to the Closing Date.
