After Mediation. After mediation, if the parties have not agreed on a course of action to remedy the Village’s Default, the responsibilities of the Village, to the extent permitted by law, under this Agreement shall become the responsibilities of the non-Defaulting Coalition Members, who may agree to transfer said responsibilities to HCBA-IG or to a not-for-profit organization with tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
After Mediation.
