After Death. After the death of an alternate payee, all amounts awarded to the alternate payee which have not been distributed to the alternate payee and which continue to be payable shall be paid in a single lump sum distribution to the personal representative of the alternate payee's estate as soon as administratively feasible, unless the qualified domestic relations order clearly provides otherwise. The Participant's Beneficiary designation shall not be effective to dispose of any portion of the benefit awarded to an alternate payee, unless the qualified domestic relations order clearly provides otherwise.

After Death. If, during the term of this Agreement (as defined in Section 3), your employment by the Company is terminated by reason of your death, the Company shall pay to your estate within the timeframe required under applicable law, your full base salary and accrued vacation pay through your Date of Termination, at the rate then in effect. Any other benefits due to you, your estate and/or beneficiaries shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s Pension Program and other applicable retirement, benefit and insurance programs, then in effect.

  • Payments after Death Any distribution or delivery to be made to the Participant under this Agreement will, if the Participant is then deceased, be made to the Participant’s designated beneficiary, or if no beneficiary survives the Participant, administrator or executor of the Participant’s estate. Any such transferee must furnish the Company with (a) written notice of his or her status as transferee, and (b) evidence satisfactory to the Company to establish the validity of the transfer and compliance with any laws or regulations pertaining to said transfer.

  • Retirement or Death This Contract shall be terminated upon the retirement or death of the Superintendent.

  • Termination Due to Death In the event that the Executive’s employment is terminated due to his death, his estate or his beneficiaries, as the case may be, shall be entitled to the following benefits:

  • Disability or Death (i) The Employment Term and Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate upon Executive’s death and may be terminated by the Company if Executive becomes physically or mentally incapacitated and is therefore unable for a period of six (6) consecutive months or for an aggregate of nine (9) months in any twenty-four (24) consecutive month period to perform Executive’s duties (such incapacity is hereinafter referred to as “Disability”). Any question as to the existence of the Disability of Executive as to which Executive and the Company cannot agree shall be determined in writing by a qualified independent physician mutually acceptable to Executive and the Company. If Executive and the Company cannot agree as to a qualified independent physician, each shall appoint such a physician and those two physicians shall select a third who shall make such determination in writing. The determination of Disability made in writing to the Company and Executive shall be final and conclusive for all purposes of the Agreement.

  • Death The Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate upon his death.
