After Check Clause Samples

The "After Check" clause establishes procedures or requirements that must be followed after a verification, inspection, or review has taken place. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take once a check is completed, such as reporting findings, addressing any identified issues, or implementing corrective actions. For example, it may require a party to notify the other of the results or to remedy any non-compliance discovered during the check. The core function of this clause is to ensure that there is a clear, actionable process following inspections or reviews, thereby promoting accountability and timely resolution of any problems identified.
