After Acquired Trademarks Etc. (a) If, before the Obligations shall have been finally paid and satisfied in full, the Assignor shall obtain any right, title or interest in or to any other or new Trademarks, Trademark Registrations or Trademark Rights, the provisions of this Trademark Agreement shall automatically apply thereto and the Assignor shall promptly provide to the Agent notice thereof in writing and execute and deliver to the Agent (for itself and for the benefit of the Lenders) such documents or instruments as the Agent may reasonably request further to implement, preserve or evidence the Agent's and Lenders' interest therein.

After Acquired Trademarks Etc. (a) If, before the Liabilities shall have been finally paid and satisfied in full, the Assignor shall obtain any right, title or interest in or to any other or new Trademarks, Trademark Registrations or Trademark Rights, the provisions of this Trademark Agreement shall automatically apply thereto and the Assignor shall promptly provide to the Creditor notice thereof in writing and execute and deliver to the Creditor such documents or instruments consistent with this Agreement as the Creditor may reasonably request further to implement, preserve or evidence the Creditor's interest therein. The Assignor authorizes the Creditor to modify this Trademark Agreement and the Assignment of Marks, without the necessity of the Assignor's further approval or signature, by amending Exhibit A hereto and the Annex to the Assignment of Marks to include any future or other Trademarks, Trademark Registrations or Trademark Rights under Section 2 or Section 6 herein.
