Affirmation and Incorporation of Certain Representations and Warranties. WFS represents and warrants to Financial Security that the representations and warranties of the Company set forth in Section 2.07 hereof, in the Underwriting Agreement and in Section 3.01(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and Section 2.10 of the Trust Agreement are (in each case) true and correct as if set forth herein and that the representations and warranties of WFS set forth in the Underwriting Agreement and by WFS as Master Servicer set forth in Section 4.06 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement are (in each case) true and correct as if set forth herein.
