Common use of Affiliates and/or Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Affiliates and/or Subsidiaries. The affiliates and/or subsidiaries of PMA Capital Corporation referred to in the first paragraph of this Agreement are: PMA Capital Insurance Company; Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company; Manufacturers Alliance Insurance Company; Pennsylvania Manufacturers Indemnity Company; and such other entity that comes into existence after the date of this Agreement that is controlled by or under common control with PMA Capital Corporation at the time of reference. PMA Capital and each such affiliate and/or subsidiary of PMA Capital Corporation shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations to Executive under this Agreement.
