Affiliated/Sponsored Entities. In addition to Section 1.14, by initiating a Wire Request on behalf of or from the account of a Sponsored Entity or adding a Sponsored Entity to any enrollment form or amendment to this Agreement, the Parent or Manager is agreeing to this Agreement, as amended from time to time, on behalf of such Sponsored Entity.
