Affiliated Services. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that (a) the services provided for the Business by Seller and its affiliates and certain third parties, including customary corporate overhead, billing, technical operations and customer care services shall cease to be provided to the Business effective as of the Closing Date and (b) after the Closing Date, Seller and its affiliates and third parties, as applicable, shall no longer provide such services for the Business.
