Common use of Affiliate Ordering Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Ordering. If Company Affiliate licenses a separate instance of the respective GoodData Services under the terms of the Agreement, then such Company Affiliate will be deemed a party to this Addendum and shall be treated as Company under the terms of this Addendum.
