Affidavits. If Performer does not have employees, Performer shall sign the "No Employee Affidavit" attached hereto. If Performer wishes to verify the lawful presence of newly hired employees who perform work under the Agreement via the Department Program, Performer shall sign the "Department Program Affidavit" attached hereto.
