Common use of Affected work Clause in Contracts

Affected work. CONTRACTOR shall comply with Labor Code sections 1774 and 1775 in relation to payment of prevailing wages for any portion of the required work performed under this Agreement on or after January 1, 2002 relating to construction design, testing, surveying and/inspection work, and construction if the State Director of Industrial Relations has established prevailing wage rates for the types of work involved.
