Affected Individuals Who Are at Risk of Homelessness. i. The City shall take reasonable steps to ensure that affected individuals who are at risk of homelessness are fully included in existing City homelessness initiatives, including those developed and implemented in the City’s Ten-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness. This includes those affected individuals who are about to be transferred to LHH from SFGH and those who are already current LHH residents.
