AFC Requests Clause Samples
The "AFC Requests" clause defines the process and requirements for submitting and handling requests related to Additional Funding Commitments (AFC) within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who may initiate an AFC request, the information that must be provided, and the timeline for review and approval or rejection. For example, a party might need to submit a formal written request detailing the need for extra funding, which the other party must evaluate within a specified period. The core function of this clause is to establish a clear, standardized procedure for managing requests for additional funding, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aligned on how such requests are handled.
