Common use of Aerials Clause in Contracts

Except as specifically set forth in any lease agreement, no aerial shall be erected on the roof or exterior walls of the Premises, or within the Building, without in each instance, the written consent of the Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion. Any aerial so installed without such written consent shall be subject to removal without notice at any time.
