Execution and Language Clause Samples
The 'Execution and Language' clause defines the formal requirements for signing and the official language of the contract. Execution and Language. This Tenancy Agreement shall be executed in Chinese version. The English translation of this Tenancy Agreement, if so provided by the Landlord, is for the Tenant’s reference only. The Landlord does not warrant or represent that the contents of the English translation and the meaning conveyed by its wordings are the same as the Chinese version. In case of conflict and inconsistency, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Execution and Language. This Agreement is executed on four original counterparts in Slovak and English, with each Party receiving one counterpart of each set. If the there are any discrepancies between Slovak and English version, Slovak version prevails.
